Who we are
WatchesUnder (watchesunder.com) is owned and operated by BlackRobin Capital Inc. ("we", "us"). This policy explains what information is handled when you use the site and the choices you have.
What we collect
WatchesUnder does not ask you to create an account and does not collect your name, email address or payment details. Reading the site does not require you to give us any personal information. If you email us, we use your message and address only to reply.
Links to stores
When you follow a link from our guides to a store, the link includes parameters that tell the store which page and which position on our site you came from. These parameters describe our page, not you.
Ad click identifiers
If you arrived at our site from an advertisement, the web address may carry a click identifier set by the ad platform, such as a Google, Microsoft, Meta or TikTok click ID. With your consent, we pass that identifier on to the store when you follow one of our store links, so the advertiser can see that the visit came from its ad. The store and the ad platform handle it under their own privacy policies. If you reject cookies, opt out, or your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we do not pass it on.
Cookies and similar technology
When you first visit, a banner asks whether you accept cookies and similar technology. If you accept, we may use analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to see which guides are read and which links are used, and we pass ad click identifiers as described above. If you reject, we do neither. Your choice is saved in your browser's local storage so we do not ask again on every page, and the site remembers for the current tab if you close the bar showing our top pick. You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings link at the bottom of every page.
Server and hosting logs
Our hosting provider keeps standard server logs, such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested, for security and to keep the site running. These logs are kept for a limited time.
Your California privacy rights
If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act gives you the right to know what personal information is collected about you, to ask for it to be deleted or corrected, and to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. We do not sell personal information for money. Passing an ad click identifier to a store can count as sharing for advertising purposes, so you can opt out of it:
- select Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information at the bottom of any page, which opts you out at once in this browser; or
- turn on Global Privacy Control in your browser, which we treat as an opt out.

Other privacy rights
Depending on where you live, including the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom, you may have the right to access, correct or delete information held about you, and to withdraw consent at any time.
